My name is Agustin Farias. I'm currently VP of Logistics and Operations of Everlane, and I've been in the company for six years now. Everlane is a fashion and apparel brand founded in San Francisco, California, with a goal of transparency and reducing the impact to the environment.
So Reach enabled us to open up to international markets. Now we sell our products to customers in over 130 countries, and we offer our pricing in over 80 different currencies, all enabled through Reach.
So Everlane has been working with Reach for over five years. We did an RFP and Reach provided the best opportunity and the best option at that time. More affordable, providing also a guaranteed rate in all the different currencies. So our conversion rate for transactions not done in U.S. dollars was actually quite low. And with Reach we were able to increase the conversion rate by, I would say, over 30%.
